What....

Yesterday was a little bit of a crazy day for our family. My sister's husband, Bryan, had a heart attach and is in the hospital. He has been having some chest pains the last couple of days, so he scheduled an appointment with the doctor, but didn't quite make it. However, everything that could go right, did. He was sitting on the couch with Airiel, when he stopped breathing and his heart stopped beating. They currently live with his parents, so Airiel yelled for them and they were able to start CPR and call 911 immediately. The ambulance were there within minutes, after lots of medication and 3 shocks, his heart started beating and he started breathing on his own. They took him to the hospital where they found a blockage in his artery, that they were able to repair. They have to keep his core temperature down for at least 24 hours to avoid any brain damage, so he is sedated and paralyzed probably until about Saturday. They are very confident that we will come out of this just fine, but please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
